Very good, I’m Claudio Nieto and this is the podcast where I share what I read and I learn about health, training, nutrition, psychology or physiology. In the interview today, I want to put it into the context of the three types of macronutrients, for you to understand as to be able to move it to your particular context, but understanding the science behind it. The idea is to learn when it is beneficial to make a diet low in carbohydrates, or high, the importance of balancing the protein and fats for the health or athletic performance. Also the perspective of athletes, veterans, the role of supplements, or in which biomarkers to set to be able to see how we are on the inside, and more things.
