If you’ve read the homepage, you already know we won’t follow the traditional short-term “diet with an expiry date” that tells you exactly what to eat, when to eat it, and how many grams. I won’t hand you a rigid plan—I’ll teach you how to eat so you can do it for life. You’ll learn to nourish yourself with health as the target and in line with your goals.

Don’t expect “two-week miracles.” They don’t exist, and they usually come with rebound weight gain. With my nutrition-education service, you’ll learn how to lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way so you feel good and improve your long-term health.

Beyond teaching you how to eat, I’ll also help you set realistic goals and develop an exercise plan to increase your physical activity if you wish. Regular exercise is essential not only for losing weight and keeping it off, but for overall health.

Assessing your nutritional and biochemical status through blood work is essential. We’ll work from your results and, if necessary, correct what needs correcting with a targeted supplementation plan to help you reach not just a good state, but your optimal state.
